The company currently has more than 100 employees, including more than 20 engineering and technical personnel. We strictly operates TS16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHS18001, and safety standardization system, and has gained related certificates. And we are mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of li-ion battery systems. Our products cover energy storage systems, new energy packs for e-bike, battery management system (BMS) boards for high and low voltage, electrical automation products, electronic control products, infinite control products, industrial automation communications, etc.

R & D STRENGTH
Hengdian Energy integrates R & D, test and verification of electrical, mechanical and automated abilities. There’re more than 20 core R & D engineers with over 8 year experience in respective industries. The whole team is divided into three parts: electrical section, mechanical section and automation section, covering comprehensive R & D personnel configuration such as electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, electronics engineers, embedded engineers, software engineers, etc. We have accumulated rich development and application experience in different fields, for example, industrial automation equipment, li-ion battery systems, electric bicycles, energy storage systems, maglev train, marine power distribution equipment, and internet of things applications. What’s more, our company implements the TS16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 system standards, and supervises the entire product management process from project establishment, product design, research and development, manufacturing and quality test, during which also conducting process & tooling optimization, automation and scientific management to fully meet the customer’s demand.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Quality Department
1.The PMC issues a production work order as PO required
2.The warehouse prepares all materials according to quantity required by work orders, and manufacturing picker needs to check the number of materials again.
3.The PE completes the wiring of production line and making of the first piece according to the production model of the work order.
4.IPQC finishes the inspection of first piece according to SIP requirements, and records the related check form.
5.The production line carries out the assembly operations of each station according to the SOP method.
6.The assembled semi-finished product should be tested according to the SOP requirements. Good products are put into the next station, and defective products are transferred to the repair station.
7.Good Semi-finished products conduct aging test according to the SOP requirements. Good products are put into the next station, and defective products are transferred to the repair station.
8.The production line carries out the package operations of each station according to the SOP method.
9.The packaged finished product should be tested according to the SOP requirements. Good products are put into the next station, and defective products are transferred to the repair station.
10.Complete the bagging and packing of finished products according to SOP requirements.
11.After packing the finished products, it needs to issue the inspection application form along with the finished products to the OQC. If tested by the model specification passes, the qualified inspection form should be notified to the warehouse for storage preparation, and the unqualified products have to be returned to production line.
12.The qualified products complete the storage operation with attached OQC inspection certificate.

4.BMS conducts test operations according to the SOP requirements. Good products are put into the next station, and defective products are transferred to the repair station.
5.After the defective products are transferred to maintenance process, the related technician will repair them according to the maintenance SOP. The good reworked products should be put back into the first station and re-flowed the whole production process.
